Nexus Properties
A bilingual corporate website for a property developer, built as a Next.js front end over a Strapi headless CMS so the client can run the entire site without a developer. Twelve content types cover everything the marketing team touches: projects, properties, services, blog posts, careers, team members, homepage sections, site settings, and the full legal suite. The front end renders property and project detail pages, a services catalogue, an investor-reports section, a blog, and careers — each in English and Arabic with a mirrored RTL layout, with GSAP driving the scroll and reveal motion.
A developer's site changes constantly — new launches, new listings, new roles — and every edit was going back to the developer.
Twelve Strapi content types put the whole site in the client's hands, with a Next.js front end that stays fast and fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
