Shamil (شامل — Arabic for “comprehensive”) runs an online store's entire back office from one console. A 28-model data layer covers the full lifecycle: catalogue with variants and images, customers, orders with line items and a status-history trail, returns with their own resolution taxonomy, discounts, stock movements, reviews, and versioned policies. Beyond the admin console it ships a second front end — a courier portal where delivery staff work assignments, including the failed-attempt path. Reporting is the centrepiece: 24 reports across eight domains, each exportable to CSV, XLSX, and PDF, with scheduled delivery. Security is first-class — two-factor auth with backup codes, API keys, sessions, and an append-only audit log.
Running an online store means living in half a dozen disconnected tools — one for orders, another for stock, a spreadsheet for returns, and messages to the courier.
One console over a single 28-model core, so an order, its stock movement, its delivery run, and its return are all the same record — with a courier portal on the same data.
